Clicking or noisy hard drive or disk

We will examine your storage media in our workshop where an engineer assigned to your case will look closely at all components both internally and externally such as the hard drive PCB to the head stack assembly if required.
If a failed component is discovered it is sent for repair at our clean room lab. Once the drive is functioning it is moved to our data recovery team where an image is created of the media. Once the image has been created and "dumped" to a clean disk, CD or DVD and tested to ensure the data is accessible your faulty disk and image disk media will be returned to you in "clean room" packaging.
