Veritas: Removing Veritas volumes

 
 
 
  1. Unmount the volume if necessary
  2. Edit the /etc/vfstab & remove the entry, if necessary.
  3. Stop the volume vxvol -g ${group} stop ${vol}
  4. Remove the volume vxedit -g ${group} -fr rm ${vol}
